At Burch Travel Adventures, travel planning is designed to be exciting, personalized, and stress-free. From our first conversation until you return home, I handle the details so you can focus on enjoying the journey.


My Planning Process


  • Personalized Consultation – We begin by discussing your travel goals, interests, budget, and vision for your trip.
  • Customized Planning – I take the time to understand your travel style and create experiences tailored specifically to you.
  • Travel Proposals – You’ll receive up to three curated travel options designed to fit your preferences and budget.
  • Itinerary Finalization – Together, we review your options, fine-tune the details, and finalize your customized itinerary.
  • Ongoing Support – Even after booking, I remain available to assist with questions, changes, or unexpected travel issues along the way.


My goal is to provide exceptional service, trusted guidance, and seamless travel experiences every step of the way.


Each itinerary is carefully designed to create a seamless and personalized travel experience. Planning and research fees allow me to dedicate the time, expertise, and attention needed to craft a trip tailored specifically to you. 


Travel planning services begin once the applicable planning fee has been paid in full. After payment is received, Burch Travel Adventures will begin researching, designing, and confirming travel arrangements based on your requested experience and preferences.


Travel arrangements must be booked within 30 days of the planning fee payment date. If travel is not confirmed within that timeframe, additional planning fees may apply.


Please note that all planning and service fees are separate from the cost of your vacation and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Planning Fees


A non-refundable planning fee of $250 is required to begin planning your trip.


For traveling parties of more than 8 guests, a non-refundable planning fee of $500 applies.

  • Up to 3 customized travel proposals
  • Supplier coordination and booking support
  • Ongoing assistance throughout the planning process


Additional Customized Proposals


The initial planning fee includes up to 3 customized proposals.


Additional proposals beyond the included three are available for $50 per proposal.


Important Policies & Terms


  • All planning and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit or full payment has been submitted.
  • Supplier terms and conditions apply in addition to Burch Travel Adventures’ policies.
  • Travelers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all names, birthdates, passports, travel documents, and traveler information prior to booking confirmation.
  • Travelers are responsible for meeting all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for their destination.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your travel investment.
  • Response times may vary outside of normal business hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Unused portions of travel vouchers, travel credits, or reservations may be non-refundable.

Payment instructions will be provided at the time of invoicing. Service fees must be paid in full before travel planning and research services begin.
